What a beautiful setting for a #MUDLARK exhibition @StPaulsCathedralLondon
Massive thanks to @jasonmudlark @rockthemudlark for helping me install my Thames mudlark portraits today. The portraits make a fabulous backdrop to a room that will be lined with tables showing the rare and beautiful finds that some incredibly passionate people have winkled out of the Thames mud… medieval pilgrim badges, 1st C. AD brothel tokens, Roman dice, Anglo-Saxon zoomorphic strap ends - not to mention… baby woolly mammoth teeth! I’ll be there all day Sunday 5th - selling my still-life prints with all proceeds going to @UNICEF - Friday, 3rd September 12pm - 5pmSaturday, 4th September 10am - 5pmSunday, 5th September 10am - 4pm. The exhibition gallery (Wren Suite) is located on the lower ground floor between the cathedral bookshop and cafe. The main entrance to the gallery is on ground floor across from Paul’s cafe on the northwest side of the cathedral. @thamesfestivaltrust
